I have been working with this company since December. However, toward the end of the period leading up to the scheduled payment, there was no response despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication regarding payment was concerning, prompting me to warn candidates I had contacted not to proceed, fearing they might work without pay. Improved transparency and communication are necessary to build trust. I hope this feedback encourages better accountability.
