Empathetic, Reliable and Trustworthy!!!I worked with Dennis to do a group reservation for a set of 3 families traveling together to Patagonia over Christmas break. We had some rough dates and itinerary to work with, but I got some great help from Dennis to figure out the ideal itinerary optimizing for time and price.I was quite concerned with a company for the first time - given this vacation was extremely important for us and the amount in play as well (close to $45K in all). I was taking all necessary steps to play safe all along - asking for confirmations, opting for paying using credit card as opposed to wires etc.Wanted to call out these real concerns that I had all along over the course of 3 weeks or so it took to finalize the reservation completely.I wouldn't say it was all an easy ride completely, there were hiccups along the way - one of which was when I made the reservation depositing 25% of the fee with an assurance that the fare wouldn't change much by the time I paid off the complete amount in couple of weeks. But to my surprise, there was a change in price but I appreciated the empathy and honesty despite us having to shoulder some of the pain in the form of a bit of increased pricing .All the way at the very end, we had another hiccup when I paid off the fare using my credit card despite the 4.5% commission that was being charged to protect myself. They had another glitch working with Delta to relay the payment, as a result they had to wire back me the amount and I had to process this reservation in person at the Delta counter at a local airport - which again they compensated for with a $250 credit gesture.All in all, as you could see it was a bit of roller coaster ride of sorts - but I could see the honesty, empathy and willingness to help every step along the way. They seem to be committed and in it for the long haul by focussing primarily on the customer. Feel like I have a reliable partner to work with for our future travel needs.
