We had a group of 21 flying internationally. We went through this agency because of the positive reviews. 5 days before our flight, I went on American Airlines to check something and it said that our booking was canceled. We immediately called Heath to find out what was going on. He spent two days giving us the run around and we ended up having to get a refund and spent more than $6000 more for our flights. There was never an apology or an explanation about what happened. He never took ownership for what he did wrong. It was the absolute worst experience!
