I recently purchased a men’s V-neck scrub top, which I decided to return after changing my mind, as I realized I prefer a crew-neck style. The scrub was never worn. However, upon returning it, I was informed of damage to the item, which I believe was already present before the return, and I was held responsible. I accepted the decision not to receive a refund. What was particularly disappointing was being charged an additional $10.95 for return postage, as the company chose to send the scrub back to me despite my clear communication that I did not want it returned and did not consent to paying extra postage. I was fine with the company retaining the item without issuing a refund. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing and has made me reconsider future purchases.
