Avoid this company if you need accurate sizing and decent customer service. My wife ordered two sets of scrubs (tops and pants) according to their size chart, but the sizing was shockingly inaccurate. She typically wears an XL with other major brands, but these were tight rather than fitted. This seems to be a clear manufacturing or design flaw. We returned the pants right away (at our own expense) but were denied a refund for the tops due to embroidery. While I understand the policy on custom items, it shouldn't apply when the product is fundamentally misrepresented. The sizing is completely off, making the product unusable. When we raised this concern, Customer Support simply cited the terms and conditions and refused to acknowledge that their sizing guide is misleading. We are now out of pocket for a product that doesn't fit due to their mistake. Check other 1-star reviews regarding sizing issues before spending your money here.
