Our house does not have outside venting for the microwave fan, so consequently cooking odors tended to remain in the air well into the next day, or longer depending on what was cooked. I thought about fragrance cover up with atomizers but…they were expensive and the oil refills were ridiculously outrageous in price. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a good quality air purifier. After a great deal of research I decided on the Air Oasis iadapt air pro as the reviews were good, the purification filter system was more than sufficient and cooking odors were specifically mentioned. The digital readout addressed all the things I would want to monitor. Today we put the purifier to the test…my husband made his brisket and usually the aroma permeates the entire house and stays “checked in” for about 3 days. While cooking I put the fan on 3 out of 4 speeds and guess what…the house did NOT smell of cooking odor! We were in shock how well and how quickly this purifier did its job!!! The other plus is that I have noticed less dust in the house and we live in a desert climate. We are so pleased at the quality of the machine, how quiet it is and the performance. We are wondering why we waited so long to get one.
