I do not like your new marketing. Your prices are now too high it really discourages me from buying more. I don’t feel like you are loyal to your very long time buying customers and there is never any discounts on filters. I own MANY of your older units. I have several and buy filters to replace them. They are never on sale anymore. I’d love to try a new unit and wish you’d offer a trade in type offer or put bundles on prices of replacement filters.
