My family and I used a service for a 5-night stay and returned to find that someone had clearly smoked inside my car, leaving a burn hole in the driver's seat. This is completely unacceptable. My vehicle was in perfect condition when handed over, and to find it treated so poorly is incredibly frustrating and shocking. I trusted the service to care for my vehicle, not to have staff smoking in it and damaging the interior. I have reached out to the service and am awaiting a response. I expect this to be taken seriously and resolved quickly, as this is far from what any customer should endure. I will update this review once I hear back from their support team.
