I waited for 35 minutes in the parking area for airport pickup, despite arriving on time and providing prior notice as instructed. The return pickup was much better, but I can't overlook the frustrating 35-minute delay that almost caused me to miss my flight. I had to rush to make it. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
