The worst airline I’ve ever seen with poor management. For goodness sake, how can you cancel a flight without informing your passengers, and we came waiting for check-in only but couldn’t see any of your staff. We then started calling your customer care service line that are hanging calls on people, only to hear that the flight was cancelled, That’s very bad and poor management. You don’t care to what happens to your passengers that has missed their businesses and life time engagements, those that has connecting local flights to continue their journey, neither do you care for people that you left stranded at Gatwick airport London, because someone came from outside London. Honestly, I’ve never had such horrible experience before.At first when I told people I want to try your airline, they said I made mistake, and your actions proved them right.THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST WITH YOU.
