Booked a return transfer from Heathrow. Paid for the meet and greet service which says not to worry if the flight is late because they track flight times. Our flight was delayed and we ended up waiting +20min at arrivals (driver had said he would be there 3-4min after I called when I couldn’t find him at arrivals) despite having messaged whilst still taxiing and having to go through passport control with two kids. Return trip we did not receive any confirmation notifications on the day and the driver was also late. He also expected us to be waiting at the curb (not the hotel reception) and almost drove away as a result. Have used other car services in the past from Heathrow - the worst so far.
