We didn’t get the size vehicle that was confirmed on the booking. We were sent a smaller size vehicle and my family and I have had to endure a journey squashed between suitcases. The boot could only take 3 suitcases and we had to sit with 3 more! Our booking was confirmed for 5 large suitcases and 2 hand luggages! I have photo evidence of all this! I am very disgusted with their customer services. I called Muz from customer services who asked me to hold on and then cut the line. When I tried to call him back he never responded. I have not heard from him since. This is absolutely unacceptable and appalling! I will not be using their services again and would dare not recommend them to anybody! Shame on you guys for advertising a service you can’t deliver!
