Shocking……they disconnect your camera so you can’t see where vehicle has been…. Tell you they will be with you in 20 minutes once you call them after clearing baggage hall-LIARS!! We waited 80 minutes in the freezing cold, only to be told countless times that they were on their way….guy in the office was a gutless wonder who liked to abuse you over the phone, scumbags…..DO NOT TOUCH with a barge pole! Also used over 500 miles in our car and disconnected the camera!
