The instruction is very clear and easy to follow; The driver kindly left some space for me to load the luggage; All things are very smooth.The only thing is the hood seems a little bit dirty i don know know what that is coming from but there's some red brick debris, but no damage to the car at all so not a big issue; It took a little bit of wait to pick up the car when we back due to the cold weather I presume. All in all I would use them again.
