I had a very disappointing experience with the meet and greet parking service at Stansted Airport. On arrival, the driver was extremely late—by 1 hour and 30 minutes—which nearly caused me to miss my flight. Because of the delay, I was forced to pay extra £21 to drop off at the airport, when it should have been £10.
The issues didn’t end there. When I returned and went to collect my car, I was left waiting for another two hours before it was finally brought back to me. The lack of communication and organisation was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, the customer service was poor and the entire experience was stressful and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will not be using it again.
