We used this 'company' at Heathrow and had a very negative experience.
When we handed over our car before the flight, there was no proper inspection, no photos taken, and no paperwork signed. This immediately raised concerns.
After an 11-hour flight, we turned our phones on and started receiving GPS notifications showing that our car was being driven around to different locations, including shops and other places that had nothing to do with parking. We contacted the company and clearly asked them not to use the car and to keep it parked until our return, but the car continued to be used.
At one point, we genuinely believed the car might have been stolen and considered contacting the police.
When we collected the car, we found:
a large pizza box with leftover food in the boot, rubbish inside the vehicle,dirty shoe marks in the interior
and damaged alloy wheels (scratched).
We had only purchased this car two weeks before our trip, and it was in perfect condition. Now we are forced to pay around £400 for repairs.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. There was no care, no professionalism, and no respect for our property.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
