Obviously 1 star is not good but customer service is even worse. Booked a reservation, arrived at the Courtyard in Knoxville just to wait for almost an hour for a shuttle that never arrived.Called the 3rd party service and spoke to 2 different people who stated "the shuttle is complimentary and I should have called an Uber". Just as any terrible customer service would be, they have money from me and when the complete service is not provided they blame anyone else.Bottom line, I paid for parking and shuttle service as described for an airport and hotel contracted by Airport of Miami. I had an issue and they say "We don't care".**Updated---As customers can see, Airport Parking of Miami Inc just creates excuses by their reply for their business model. Why would anyone book parking if the website stated "must arrange Uber" or "Shuttle is only available when the hotel wants to offer it"? Hotel shuttles usually state they are available from 8am to 8pm during which most flights will take place.Airport Parkimg of Miami needs better Customer Service!!! Just correct the situation for the customer instead of making the BAD experience worse!! Instead the employees want to argue, curse and hang up. Make the system better instead of excusing it.
