When I dropped the car off the person moving it to park it crashed the car. It was dark but there was plenty of lighting. He reversed it into another car, the reversing sensor would've been beeping to alert him of a hazard behind him.Unfortunately this ruined the 1st few days of my holiday as I was fuming.In fairness to the manager he got in touch and offered to get it repaired in time for me returning from my holiday which he did. They also did a very good job of the repair.Didn't get any form of refund or discount.
