Where to start. Let's list this in bullet points:- Driver did not turn up and had to source last minute parking- Emailed to ask for a refund as no service was provided and was told I must have rang the wrong number 25 times!- Cancellation issued, but forgot to issue the refund which I chased weeks later. - NO FULL REFUND RECEIVED! Booking fee was charged. Let me repeat, the driver did not turn up! No service was provided! There is no booking fee to be charged to the customer!- I love this reply from Phil: Hi Bianca, it’s basic ecommerce terms and conditions with every single website in the whole world.Let me give you a word of advice Phil. You don't know who you are talking to. Maybe, just maybe, you are speaking to a Financial Controller that manages an E-commerce team. I hope your company is going to send you back to do some training on common practices and best practices.- Phil confirmed as a gesture of good will that they are going to refund the booking fee -NOT RECEIVED!- I was offered at first a free meet and greet for my next airport parking which has changed to 35% now.An overall bad joke in my opinion.Happy to provide picture evidence of all emails and calls in anybody would like to have a laugh!
