Called 30 minutes before arrival. First call no answer. Second call no answer so left voicemail. Arrived at Heathrow T5. They have no desk by the lifts like other operators and even other representatives said that he will ‚hopefully’ turn up and we’re not surprised he didn’t answer. The problem is I don’t know who ‚he’ is and instructions say this company representatives will be at lift lobby. The man has answered saying he will be with me in 10-12 minutes. That was 10 minutes after my arrival. At 6:10 before departure at 7:35 no one arrived. 19 calls between 5:35 and 6:05 and none were answered. This is a message to warn anyone thinking of taking them not to do it and secondary to keep paper trail for trading standards and refund. I was saved by meet and greet who accepted same day booking at cost of £250 against almost £70 for this company. Do not be fooled. The price of parking with these guys was more or less in line with others and certainly not the cheapest.
