This service was faultless. I followed the instructions of when to phone the number provided. There was a member of staff waiting at the meeting place in the short stay car park at EMA when we arrived. It only took a few minutes to hand over. When we arrived back we phoned the number once we'd got our luggage and by the time we got out to the meeting point the car was waiting for us. Have booked again for another holiday.
