It was not clear on the booking form that there was no desk at the airport and that we had to phone 30 minutes before arrival to arrange for someone to meet us (not easy when driving on the motorway). We had to wait 50 minutes for our car to be delivered when we returned despite having phoned from the baggage area to say that we were ready for our car.We had to pay £7.50 to exit the car park despite the booking saying all car park fees were included
