The staff at this service knowingly provided us with a damaged vehicle, putting us at risk. Halfway through our six-day trip, the front bumper detached, forcing us to pause our journey to find a mechanic and address the issue. Just two days later, another part of the bumper fell off. When we reached out to them, they admitted the vehicle should not have been rented out and was due for repairs the following week. We requested compensation for the interruption, but this was denied. Since then, our request has been completely ignored. They knowingly rented us a faulty vehicle, and all we received was an apology. Think carefully before choosing this service. We plan to dispute the charge.
