Just 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup, I was informed that they could not provide my ride. This caused a frantic rush and I almost missed my flight—definitely not a pleasant way to start the day. I ended up having to pay $170.00 due to this last-minute cancellation. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues with the service, but it will certainly be the last. What a frustrating experience! I advise anyone reading this to steer clear of this unreliable service.
