Faulty unit straight out of the box and they’re refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label, saying it’s a 30 days return policy and I have to pay for the postage out of the refund I am due. Refusing to discuss and now saying they’re sending a replacement regardless if I want it or not under the warranty. Do not due business with these people they are now harassing me. Poor product and appalling customer service
