They show no loyalty to their customers. My order has been pending for over 72 hours without any shipping update. They don't respond to emails sent after noon. I requested a cancellation and refund, but people shouldn't have to wait a week for their paid products. I would recommend avoiding this store! They finally shipped my item after two weeks, but the product did not match the advertised specifications.
