UPD to the reply from air assist: yes, the refund can take up to 7 days to SHOW on the card, by mine take actually 7 days (5 working days) to PROCESS it. And only after I left a review here. This was the problem, as well as no-one was replying to my messages. They accepted a service that does not exist at the airport, tool payment for it (over 1000 USD). But service was never confirmed, and when asked over WhatsApp it turned out that service at requested airport was canceled. Now it’s been over a week of me asking for a refund. I get message from agent on duty that my message is received and accounting will answer….but no answer from accounting and no refund.
