An airssist employee loaded my bag on to an airport cart & while she drove the cart my brand new Louis Vuitton bag fell off and became damaged with large scratches all over. I contacted airssist immediately & they responded by saying “ we cannot assist you further in your case of damaged item”Airsisst does not care about you or your item. I would not recommend this company to anyone
