Zero customer service. Lose your number in porting. Put on hold for HOURS. CALL BACK 6 D AS YS LATER and if you can't answer after 5 rings forget it. This company is deplorable.almost 30 days since I switched and still no network regi as tired. Absurdly call them selves a legit a mate business. My life is in ruins after losing my number. They do not give a crap about the customers
