I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Air Tanzania, particularly regarding their customer service and refund process.I have been trying to resolve an issue related to a duplicate charge for a flight booking (May 31, 2024, from Arusha to Zanzibar) for several months. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no response from the airline, and my refund of €274.99 has yet to be processed.The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable for a company that operates in the travel industry, where reliability and trust are essential. As a customer, I should not have to chase after basic resolutions like refunds for charges that should not have occurred in the first place.I sincerely hope Air Tanzania takes steps to improve its customer service and refund processes, as my experience has been far below acceptable standards. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this airline to others.
