Brilliant company who care greatly about their clients. I've been using them for years. The COVID moment saw a hiccup but they've recovered and I will use them again. And... I'm Canadian. No one in Canada (I tried to find an agency in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal) does what AirTreks does. In one well-known travel agency in Vancouver, the woman at the counter left in the middle of my listing all the cities and countries (I backpack for 3 months usually) I wanted them to book me in. She rolled her eyes and pointed to the Manager. After listening (thrumming his fingers on the counter) he said one word, "Impossible." AirTreks works with me and I get great deals. I need what they provide: excellent air pricing and close monitoring of all flights. I check my emails the night before I jet off and am informed of any changes. I can confidently say, they are excellent at their job.
