Having reading several reviews via Google search on the best cordless vacuum cleaners, AIRVAX uk came out tops,so I went ahead and placed my order too which the site said it was available in there uk site..A few days after taking my order and my monie.I recieved an apology saying the vacuum was not in stock and that instead of making you wait we are shipping it from China,I promptly responded NO thanks cancel my order and return the full amount that you have taken..Reply is....Sorry it's already being shipped if you go ahead with the cancellation we will charge you 20% to cover our costs..What a scam we'll done AIRVAX ..
