Warning. Do not buy from this company. I ordered and paid online on 04/10/25, and almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the vacuum cleaner. Apparently it is being sent from China. However, when I used the tracking number and went to the carrier website they provided, there is no update on the parcel. I have emailed AirVax twice and they gave me the same answer blaming the carrier. The trouble is, I paid AirVax and not the carrier. It is their responsibility. In frustration, I have requested a refund.
