I was offered a free trial for this membership and tried out a few of their products, which turned out to be below standard and overpriced. The annual renewal fee was quite high, and I planned to cancel before it went into effect, but unfortunately, I missed the deadline by just one day. Even though I only used the service for a few minutes during the trial, my card was charged immediately. I reached out right after receiving the renewal notification, but all I got was a generic reply from a representative who seemed oblivious to the fact that this amount is considerable, especially for someone in education who already spends a lot on classroom supplies. Every dollar is important. Because I missed the cancellation deadline by one day, I was told that a refund was not an option. It took several emails just to get them to think about a partial refund, which is still unacceptable. More than a week has gone by in trying to resolve this, and all I received was a refusal for a full refund. This experience does not reflect good customer service and does nothing to build loyalty. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their refund policies are unfair, their customer service is unhelpful, and their product quality does not justify the cost.
