Once I was ready to purchase the policy I called back and spoke with Lula Baker who took the remaining details needed to provide me with my final auto quote. She was friendly and took the time to get all of the information she needed in order to provide me with the best possible quote. She reassured me that she was still there when she had to put me on hold, maintained constant communication during the periods she had to confirm issues with her supervisor and even stayed on the line with me to complete taking my payment even though she had to log out for her lunch.
