Good experience from end to end. I wanted to take my wife on a camping trip and she was not that excited with tent camping anymore, so thought we'd try this. The van was great for two people. We put the rear seats down and left the bed in place for the duration of the trip. It was easy to keep things organized inside, as below the bed was a fair amount of storage. No problems with stuff for the two of us fitting. The bed was comfortable. We were on the coast and nights were cold but we were fine with the nice comforter provided. The cooler provided was a little small but ultimately big enough for our 4 day trip. The stove provided was a single burner type, we ended up only using it once as we have a Coleman dual burner stove which worked out better for us generally. The only real problem we had is battery power, and it was really just an inconvenience. I would recommend you have a few external phone rechargers for devices, since the minivan is a single battery rig. I could see no way to monitor the van's battery health so I didn't know how much I could safely charge during the night/etc. It would be helpful if they had some way of metering it. We looked at other camper vans and for the price these were the best deal and were the best equipped as standard, and also included the most amount of miles. Pick up and drop-off were early, even though we were a little late returning the van (traffic!).
