Extremely disappointing experience with the service. From start to finish, it was a disaster. They arrived late (if they showed up at all), provided vague answers to simple inquiries, and somehow left my roof in worse condition than it was before they started. The quality of work is appalling. Uneven tiles, careless finishing, and leaks appeared shortly after the job was supposedly “completed.” Trying to get them back for repairs was a nightmare—calls were ignored, messages went unanswered, and when they did respond, it was just excuses without any solutions. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and basic competence. Instead, I received stress, wasted time, and extra costs to have someone else fix their mistakes. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
