Disappointing experience with the service. From beginning to end, it was a disaster. They arrived late (if they showed up at all), provided vague responses to simple inquiries, and somehow left my roof in worse condition than it was before they started. The quality of work is appalling. Uneven tiles, careless finishing, and leaks emerged shortly after the job was supposedly “finished.” Trying to get them back for repairs was a nightmare—calls went ignored, messages were unanswered, and when they did reply, it was just excuses without any solutions. For the amount I paid, I anticipated professionalism and basic skills. Instead, I received stress, wasted time, and additional expenses to have someone else correct their errors. Avoid the trouble and seek alternatives. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
