I contacted the company at the last moment (Friday at 4 PM for a move on Monday morning). They were absolutely fantastic, professional, and efficient, dismantling and reassembling our bed and sofa. Despite a stressful day, they remained calm and cleared the house in just an hour and a half, waiting patiently until my keys were available.
