Excellent customer service - helped me out even though I didn't purchase! I almost purchased the wrong replacement screen for my laptop but after speaking to their sales manager (Wormi) on their webchat, we identified I needed the OLED version which happened to be half the price of a brand new laptop from Asus as it was on sale. Made no sense to replace the screen of a 3yr old laptop so I didn't pursue but they were exceptionally helpful and not pushy in anyway!
