Matt and the team have done a brilliant job of supporting us since we selected them as our new IT support and solutions provider. We had previously used a range of different support companies, and had ended up with a complicated and confusing environment that was plagued with difficulties and issues. AJT have made life very easy – they have given us straightforward, effective advice and they are super responsive to support queries. We have been especially blown away by their speed in resolving technical issues raised by our staff. It doesn’t matter who we speak to, they resolve the problem calmly and help us to understand how to avoid the problem in the future. On top of this, Matt has been proactive in telling us what we need to be doing with our IT next and why. Sharna and Neil have also been particularly excellent in looking after us. IT used to be our biggest operational problem and talking point. Now we don’t need to worry about it because we know AJT have it covered.
