I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a suit from Akbar Aslam, and I must say it’s been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was nothing but disappointment.I ordered my suit on September 19, and it didn’t arrive until November—well past the 30-day delivery window they promise. This alone was incredibly frustrating, but what made matters worse was the awful customer service. Every time I reached out for help, I was told something different by the advisers. One person would say, “Your suit is in the quality department,” and the next day, I'd be told, “It’s still in stitching.” It felt like I was being gaslighted the entire time with no clear answers, and the staff were consistently rude.After finally receiving my suit, I was shocked to see that it was nothing like what I ordered. I had specifically chosen a lilac suit, but what arrived was grey instead. On top of that, the suit had no diamonds despite paying extra for lace details, and the lace itself looks cheap, almost identical to modal fabric – definitely not worth the price.The fabric is incredibly lightweight, but not in a good way. It feels flimsy and poorly made, especially for the price point. The entire experience has been a massive letdown from start to finish.And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, they tried to claim I hadn’t paid, even after I repeatedly sent them proof of payment. It honestly felt like they were trying to fraud me at the end just to avoid taking responsibility.In short, I would never recommend Akbar Aslam to anyone. Terrible customer service, misleading product descriptions, poor-quality items, and dishonest practices. It’s not worth the headache, and it’s certainly not worth your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand at all costs.
