I placed a custom clothing order with Akbar Aslam on 12 September 2025, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Both shirts were stitched to the wrong measurements, the trousers arrived wet, undersized, and not as described, and the two outfits that were supposed to be identical came in different colours.When I raised these issues, the company’s response was shocking — they claimed the shirts had “shrunk due to embellishment” and told me to “hold and stretch” them myself instead of offering a proper solution.Despite sharing proof, photos, and videos, they refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. Their communication on WhatsApp and email has been dismissive and unhelpful.As an international customer who paid in full, I’ve been left with faulty, unusable clothes and no accountability from their side. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Akbar Aslam, especially if you’re overseas — their customer service is unreliable, and the quality does not match what’s advertised.
