I would give this company -10 stars if possible. Its now 6 weeks since I have been trying to get over £1000 of frames collected and refunded. Hours and hours of phonecalls, left voicemails, texts and zero replies or progress. B&Q are involved and now being equally as useless. The frames were supposed to be delivered for a specific date, to be loaded onto a truck that was leaving the UK for an event. I had received no note of the delivery by the delivery date so I called them, the guy answered and said that DHL hadn't collected as agreed so they wouldn't be delivered by this date. I asked for the order to be cancelled, he said he would try and organise this and call me back. No call back. I chased for a week, no answer until the following week, in the meantime we had been postponing the delivery date so no order was delivered, to allow him to revert the parcel back to theirs. When I finally spoke to him again he advised that he couldn't revert the parcel, but if we accepted the delivery he would then arrange a free collection for them to go back to theirs for a refund. Since then I have rung around 100 times, left multiple voicemails, sent texts, emails and they have disappeared - they are even cancelling my calls when I ring!

I will continue to try with B&Q, if not we will have to take further legal action. Read the other reviews....it seems to be a common trend
