I have booked 3 ensuite rooms with them in London via booking.com , nicely presented , good price, everything you want, until i have arrived to self check in , bed sheets dirty and not changed, 1 of the bathrooms dirty,heating in the first room not working , and overall the rooms were not cleaned, but if the beds would have been changed for one night i could have stayed, but i was too disgusted to stay so i asked for a refund and left.Now the interesting part, good luck getting your money back, booking.com can't issue a refund without the company's permission (wich is effing shocking) ,now i am stuck because the owner simply doesn't communicate with booking.com regarding my refund, so they can't give me one. The owner also doesn't answer to me, they have no proper adress to be contacted with a letter of demand, the company if you look it trough company house is proposed for strike off in the next 2 months.So beware of this Akrox company and booking.com, as you will loose your money or a lot of time and effort to get it back , with booking.com it seems you are not covered at all and you are at the mercy of the hotel
