Avoid using this company at all costs for home stays. I stayed at one of their places in London and had an attempted break-in 3 nights in. I had to vacate the property due to it being unsafe for me and my family. I was very kind to the company and provided feedback on how to make things safer, saying that what happened wasn't their fault. I asked if they could reimburse us for the nights that we did not stay but never responded to my message. After leaving them a review, they responded by saying that feeling "unsafe" was not a reason for reimbursement. Yes, me and my family did feel unsafe, but it was due to a very real experience of a group of men trying to break into the apartment twice from 2am - 3:45am. They ended up leaving a nasty review for me as a guest stating that I "caused issues" when I did not cause any issues. It was wildly inappropriate and misleading given our conversations we had and how respectful I was to them, reiterating that it was not their fault that this happened. As a business, they should have done what was right and reimbursed us for the nights we did not stay. This company will not take care of their guests and do what is right, and they will blame you for the issues that their property has. If you go on their reviews on airbnb, you will see how this company handles feedback and they always respond in a very rude, aggressive way, disregarding the guests that had stayed at their location.Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.
