My daughter paid a large deposit but when got to studio she was greeted by what she described as a student. The company website did not match the service and my daughter said it was like having a school photo taken. Her lovely blonde hair looked yellow and they gave her blotting wipes to take away shine which lifted off her makeup. Her eyes looked half closed and the photographer only told her to look left, right and down. When she commented her disappointment the photographer said "We are our own worst critic". My daughter came home in tears. The photos were meant for her Spotlight profile but she won't be able to use them. Their contract is unprofessional and says you can't refuse to pay just because you don't like the photos and you only have 72 hours to attend a reshoot. So much misinformation and a total scam.
