I hired a car with Alamo at Heathrow. There was no pre rental inspection report on these older cars. There were many scratches on the panels and I noticed people inspecting them carefully. I decided to take a video of the car externally before leaving the compound on 28/8/2023. Returning on 2/9/2023 there was a check done on a bumper scuff. happily it showed up on the video and the return agent accepted and emailed no charge on 2/9/2023.Surprised to receive a claim for £421.10 on 2/11/2023..2 months later. they were going to pursue the claim unless I forwarded the video. Lucky I still had it!! despite the email for no charge!These are a bunch of charlatans, make no mistake
