Do not use Alamo at all costs. Picked up a vehicle at Heathrow - on initial inspection I noted no issues - BUT the car was wet and parked in shade. Just over 2 hours later on arrival at destination when the vehicle was dry and in the sun a very minor dent was noted in the drivers door - definitely not caused by ourselves. Informed the branch immediately. Bottom line is they essentially called us liars and charged us for the repair.Europcar give you 24hours to report any additional minor damage because that recognize that conditions may affect your ability to inspect.
