Bearing in mind upto our moving day(s) we had had the most stressful, awful experience due to 2 houses falling though and exchange/completion dates constantly changing. However, it was our fantastic solicitor and the awesome Britannia Movers - East that actually turned everything round to make the actual move a more pleasurable experience. From the initial survey visit carried out by Chris, to discussing our requirements with Todd who calmly organised the move (with 3 changes of dates) and then the actual move team Oliver, Luke & Thomas were nothing short of absolutely amazing. Our move took 3 days as we moved from East Northamptonshire to Cumbria. Unfortunately when we got to Cumbria the previous owner had not finished moving out as her removal company had let her down and only moved half her stuff. Our removal team were amazing, they helped the previous owner finish moving out and they then moved us in the following day, nothing was too much trouble, even when I changed my mind about where I wanted a particular piece of very large furniture Not one thing was damaged or lost, a big thank you from us. I have no problem recommending this company.
